- How soon should I contact JCVision and Associates, Inc.?
There are threee periods you can contact our office if you are considering using one of the many homeownership services.
1. Before going to your local USDA office or mortgage lender to submit an application for ownership. This will help to identify and resolve any possible issues that would cause your application to be denied by the USDA-Rural Housing Development or by the mortgage lender.
2. After receiving a denial letter or notification from USDA or mortgage lender concerning your application for homeownership. You may been direction on how to reslove credit issues that caused your application to be denied. Our Staff is well trained to assist you throughout the resolution period.
3. After receiving an acceptance letter of your application from USDA or a mortgage lender. You may need better understanding of what is next in the homeownership process. Our staff is ready to walk you through the process as painless as possible.
- What information will I need?
If you applied with USDA; the date you submitted your appication and the location of the USDA Rural/Development office that received your application. If you have a mortgage lender, you may bring your good-faith estimate.
